AVA can serve as both, an alternative option to hiring traditional in-house employees and/or an additional option needed to assist in-house employees with the overflow of tasks. A key benefit to using our services can be summed up into one word.  SAVINGS.  By outsourcing your tasks, you can avoid overhead projection costs, employee benefits and taxes, costs of training, materials, and equipment, office space, time, and more.  You will only pay for time spent on projects.  There are no contracts, agency fees, set up fees, or any other costs associated with our services.  
We offer strategic plans that are flexibly designed to suit your business needs and budget.  Each package is suitable for use on a weekly, bi-monthly, or monthly basis for one-time, short term, and long term projects.  All packages comes with a free consultation call in which we will perform a Business Task Analysis (BTA), which assesses what tasks are needed to efficiently support your business.  Each package also includes a thirty minute assessment at the end of each project to ensure that the project/s have met your expectations. Through collective collaboration, we will strategize on the best systems and tools needed to fulfill your business needs.

Apprentice Package

The Apprentice package is aimed for those who are new to outsourcing and would like to test the waters before diving in, as well as those with smaller or one-off projects that may require less time.

Venture Package

The Venture package is designed for those who are interested in exploring/utilizing more of our services, and would need a little more hours to complete projects that have a small to medium sized scope.

Infinite Package

The Infinite package is tailored for those who need ongoing services, have larger projects, or may require more hours.  It may include strategy meetings throughout the scope of the project as well.

All plans are designed with your budget in mind, and are flexible to fit your weekly or monthly needs.  Time spent on tasks is accurately tracked utilizing a time keeping software, and reports may be provided.  Unused hours may be rolled over into the next month for up to 30 days, after which these hours may expire. Payments can be set up on a weekly or monthly billing structure, and shall be payable and due upon receipt of invoice.  Pricing plans are straight forward.  There are no hidden, minimum, or set up fees associated with any of our plans and packaging.  Furthermore, there is no contract associated with these plans, and services may be discontinued at any time.  We do ask that a notice of cancellation is given no later than two weeks prior to the cancellation date.
