I’ve had the pleasure of meeting a variety of small business owners and entrepreneurs while assisting them with a product or service that the companies I was working for had offered at the time, or through partnering with them for business projects and events. The one thing I’ve learned as I had gotten to know some of these business owners was that they all had the same thing in common. They needed help with administrative tasks for their business. Some had come to me for assistance, and I gladly assisted them outside of work with tasks needed for their business. It started small at first, with little things here and there. From simply providing helpful resources and recommendations to assisting with small tasks, I saw that so many businesses may need this type of flexible support. I was amazed at how what I thought was so small, had made a big difference to these business owners.
